Access is via a private staircase at the rear of the residence.

Enter directly through the well-equipped kitchen, and on the left you'll find an air-conditioned suite with en-suite shower room, office, dressing room and 160cm bed,
the TV lounge, communicating with the terrace, the dining room and lounge on the terrace and the two air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds, both with dressing rooms. Both bedrooms share a shower room.
Ideal for 6, you can accommodate up to 8 people. The sofa in the living room is a quality convertible.
